Excellent follow up by Tucmoto. I had some questions about my payment and they were more than willing to help me in whatever way i needed. They answered questions about the product and shipping and the product arrived in great condition, well within two week time frame. I would definitely order from them again.

i like this better than the small one i bought from a kawasaki dealer. the reason i rate this as a 4 star is because it seems to be lighter than the small one from kawasaki. it does looks great on my bike though & if needed, i hope it helps prevent major damage. this didn't come with instructions, but it was very easy to figure out how to install it. if a woman can install this anyone can! i DO recommend these bars & i am happy to have found these doing a google search.
